I was playing Fortunate Buddha and won the minor which was approximately 140.00. It did not add it to my balance. Customer service disconnected me twice because I guess they didn’t want to deal with it. I was then told I didn’t win it, when I absolutely did. I then was told to send an email, which I have. I don’t expect a positive reply, if I do get one, since they are disconnecting me and saying I’m lying. From now on, I will be taking screen shots of everything. I didn’t know I needed to, but now I have no proof. It seems like it would be very easy for them to see that I won it during free spins.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. The games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the connection between the server of the game provider and you is disconnected. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.

Do I understand correctly that the winnings have not been recorded in your game history and you do not have any proof that you won these funds?

That is correct. I did not realize you can win something and it be wrong due to the server. I have no proof, so I guess I’m just out the money. If I had a screenshot of it, would it matter, if it’s a server issue? I will make sure to take screenshots of everything from now on.

Also, the minor jackpot that I won went back to 100.00, so where did that money go? Even when I logged out and back in, it was reset to 0. So, if it wasn’t paid to me on their end, where does it go?

Please withdraw my complaint. I honestly can’t say now if I won the major or the minor. I think it was the major that was around 140.00, but, If it was the minor, it would only be 20.00, so it’s not worth the fight. Without proof, I will not get anywhere. I’ll just make sure to keep better records in the future.
