the issue is under whats offered in VIP is 50 spins on weekends for Rookie players thats stated under the vip Rookie section and im listed a Rookie and never got my VIP rookie spins you can go online and see under VIP that rookies get weekend free spins

I am sorry, sandersjcandice, but casinos are free to set their reward system as they wish and we cannot force them to change it. Reward system bonuses are something like a gift, a goodwill gesture, and casinos are free to decide who is eligible for them and who is not.
