Yabby is refusing to credit my account and keeps giving me the run around about what the issue is. They keep changing their story from "we are having server problems" to "the processor is updating their software"... Customer Services is pretty much useless and I get no response when i email the the pitboss.


  • Attached are screenshots that show i made a deposit of 0.00187558 BTC to the yabby's wallet 3Qa8XRRurdKByB42KN2T3MpS9TWREa9f8C
  • Transfer was confirmed at 3/14/2023 11:35 PM in Block 780864 and the TX Hash ID is 9b2cd3808171fb1a1e33ed0a07d3dc922fca8f84bb5da9ac1998c9a831507e5c
  • After 33 Confirmations the funds were transferred to another wallet so if anyone bothered to look they would clearly see I made the deposit and they are in control of the funds.


I have been more than understanding but now they are ignoring me and others should be wary because this could happen to them. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me. i'll be closing my account if and when this is ever resolved.
