The player from the US deposited in the casino, but the transaction seems stuck. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our questions and messages.
Yabby is refusing to credit my account and keeps giving me the run around about what the issue is. They keep changing their story from "we are having server problems" to "the processor is updating their software"... Customer Services is pretty much useless and I get no response when i email the the pitboss.
I have been more than understanding but now they are ignoring me and others should be wary because this could happen to them. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me. i'll be closing my account if and when this is ever resolved.
