The player from Colorado had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. After the player's multiple attempts to communicate with the casino and provide necessary documents, the issue had remained unresolved. However, the player later confirmed that the payout was finally received. We marked the complaint as resolved following the successful payout.

I failed to my research on this casino seeing how its supposed to be the sister site of Casino Extreme and Limitless ( which are excellent online casinos btw). I recently completed a playthrough from freespins and upon withdrawal is where all the drama started leading to my decision about this casino.

Let's begin with the verification process, which raised my concerns immediately. They sent me an email stating since I recently used a credit card for deposit that my credit card needed to be verified as well as my identity. I was skeptical obviously but they required front and back pics as well as me holding the card pic with every number covered except the last four. So I did and I used real material to cover my numbers not an editor(since skilled editors can reverse blackouts). They also required the norm of my i.d. and me holding it.


So I get an email-which I will post below-stating that they received my documents and everything was cleared and I was ready to enjoy the fastest withdrawals ever..forever🙄. Here is when it all goes to 💩.

I put in my withdrawal request and attached my litecoin address everything went smooth then Boom! I get an email stating that I need to verify my credit card again🤔. I'm like wait, I did exactly of what they asked why does my card to be verified again. Long story short they expected me to use an editor to cover the numbers not real material so they could abuse my card.


Now all of a sudden I'm no longer eligible for withdrawal until verify my credit card. So I played their game a few times just to see what happens. I upload everything exactly the same and again I get an email giving me the green light so I withdrawal again and of course the same thing as before happened. I did this three times.


Take my advice AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS!! Idk how their rating is so high I'm guessing an army of positive replying bots. I have not received payout and now my account has a red box at withdrawal stating I need verification. This casino is a joke.

And yes I completely understand, however I was only going off the emails that were sent to me and the events that followed. It's safe to say their communication is not corresponding between departments.

No I have not Kristina, even after sending in my documents several times. I have also yet received any type of email of sort


Imo, there is nothing holding this casino back from releasing my withdrawal they are just choosing not too. This is beginning to become the norm it would behoove us to take a closer look at these online casinos before depositing and sending our personal information.

So I have an update


Yes I was indeed payed out and I am really glad to clear my doubts about Yabby casino.


As I mentioned before, I really believed they were a credible casino and having been paid out proves this. Long verification process had me worried as it tended to show similar actions as faulty casinos.


Upon more investigating I see now faulty casinos follow and mimic well established casinos as Yabby, Limitless, Casino Extreme to name a few.


One more note: I hope other casinos that have promised payout follow suit and do the right thing
