I’m got scammed by a online casino it’s called Yaa Casino https://www.yaacasino.com/no/casino


I have deposited through VIRTUAL PAY around 170K NOK on 23.02.21 and lost all of my money on the YA CASINO in a few hours, because they control all the games and it was NOT possible to win. I had gambling problem. But they control all the games. And have lost all

Now I’m wondering it’s possible to get my money back? I have tried to contact Yaa Casino and they will never answer my mails and I also have tried the live chat support, but they are always offline and they have described on their website that they are available on live chat from 10:00-17:00

I have tried since 23.02.21 today is 15.07.21 and they er always offline 

I have tried all the days

When I’m trying to contact the live support and it’s coming up "Our agents are not available right now. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you"

I have sent many emails, but they will never answer my emails 

And I also have tried to contact VIRTUAL PAY and the are saying 

"Kindly contact the yaacasino about your funds all your transactions were processed successfully. If you want a refund contact the casino, they will advise Virtual Pay to initiate the refund. I have copied the yaacasino support on this email because you are their client and they will be able to address your concerns.

What I can do? 

It’s possible to get my money back ?

Look at the picture

Took a screenshot of their website regarding AML & KYC Policy what they describe about. They are saying " KYC checks are required as a anti-fraud measure once you reach 20 000 kr in deposits and players will be asked to verify their account"

I have deposited around 170k and they didn’t asked me to verify my account file

Arrrrrrrrrrr, I am sorry, but as I mentioned previously, the only valid reason for us to ask for a deposit refund would be if you first requested self-exclusion in this particular casino and only then made all these deposits. Correct me if I am wrong, but this doesn't seem to be the case here.

And I apologize, but I don't understand how the verification process relates to this complaint. Each casino proceeds with KYC differently, and in the vast majority of casinos, players have to verify their identity before requesting a withdrawal. Please, understand we cannot punish the casino for not performing the verification after a certain value of deposits.

And why my another complaint are private? And why that can’t to be reviewed for another player? It’s three proof regarding that case and people must to know how the sons of b***s scammed me

and the people must to know that the Yaa Casino are a mafia group
