they gave me 10 free spins with no wager requirment .i made 72 euros out of them by playing other slot after. i asked for withdraw with bank transfer . they rejected that as they said i had to make o a deposit first .i made a deposit of 20 with ezzeewallet .i tried next to withdraw with that wallet was not available .next they said to make a bank transfet to give my winnings . then they reject my withdraw again .as i had to wager my deposit x3 . i made and that step and had a balance of 60 euros to withdraw . i asked again for a new withdraw and now they said that the bank infos are not correct and can not find to complete my withdraw . i have provide all the documents to the casino for kyc and payment . still now they can not found a solution to get my money .please help me

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Can you please clarify since when is this issue ongoing? Did you try to use any other payment method in order to withdraw? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

This happened before 3 days .i get kyc the same day .i dont use krypto wallets .tha was the other method .the casino has exclude all the methods for deposit .and withdraw .something is strange .none worked .only ezzewallet .but as i said only for deposit and not for withdraw .that doesnt make sense .as an update.they finally proccessed my withdraw to an other bank account of greek bank .after a lot of tries .they did not accept revolut bank.now i have to wait for my money to show up to my bank. I will keep in touch if everrything goes right so we can close that complaimaint. Thank y for your interrest and for hepling gamblers get away with casino when a problem comes up .

update .after a lot of tries .and 2 different bank accounts i finally got my winnings on my bank . this situation costs me a whole day and a lot of energy .i am really dissapointed from this casino . i wont recommend to anyone to try to play .even with free spins .it is really do not worth . please close this complaint .thank you guru for your will to help . hope won t need you in future .
