The player from Argentina hasn't received the withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I wagered the amount so I can do the withdraw, but when I ask for the withdraw they didn't send the money, the took the money from my balance but didn't send it to my Skrill account. It's been more than a month since this problem started and it's not solved till today.
