Withdrawal back to my Visa Card

Rejected

They asked me to open a Perfect Money account which i did.

After 2 withdrawals I was told I could no longer withdraw to Perfect Money

They asked me to open a MasterCard for withdrawals. Which I did. They are now rejecting my withdrawals to MasterCard and have told me I can only recieve withdrawals if I open a bitcoin account.

They advertise you can withdraw 2000 a day but actually it is only 500.

Currently my account balance is 4800 but I can't withdraw it

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you already opened a Bitcoin account? Would you be so kind and forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru?

I don't wish to open a Bitcoin account.

You advertise Visa MasterCard Perfect Money Etc.

It is possible to deposit by there methods so there is no reason a withdrawal cannot be made.

I'm afraid using an outside source for deposits and withdrawals is a reflection on your casino.

We are your customers.

I have now played through my winnings due to sheer frustration when I tried to withdraw onto my MasterCard again.

Win Diggers had blocked my card from withdrawing.

I am awaiting prizes from Win Diggers then I will be closing my account.
