i joined wild tornado casino and spent thousands and never cashed out , last Saturday I won the grand happy of 60k on hit the gold , after continuing to play my account is currently well over 100k AUD , from the get go of trying to make withdrawals , I verified my account and my withdrawals were still being Rejected , after many back and forth a of excuses from them (from withdrawal amounts to time grams of prossesing) on my account since winning the money apparently they have sent 1 x payment of $3700 (I have not yet received this) on the bank transfer amount it states $4000 max withdrawal then I was told it’s $3700 , also was told I could make $5000 withdrawal daily my withdrawals were pending for 4 day and last night all rejected , i asked about monthly instalments was told no , I asked about a lump sum as per their terms and conditions I have constantly been told I would hear from the correct department, I last played my account this afternoon, I have just went to log into my account and it’s disabled, I have all correspondence with them I have emailed them with no response , I do not play with the bonuses.
