Hi there

I’ve been playing on this site and you never win big nor do you ever win enough to withdraw I’ve spent loads as they kept reassuring me they were a true site but I then read the terms and conditions and clearly they are scam company who just rip off genuine people I have requested on loads off occasions now for all my deposits to be given back as the terms and conditions clearly state that they choose if you win or lose as they control the games and that’s totally wrong and so unfair on customers all they ever do is send out deposit offers and never listen to you when I did pick them up for having license they reassured me that they did but after close inspection and doing further investigation there isn’t a license for the company nor is the reviews any good at all I feel all they want to do is rip people off I want to take this further now and stop them from ripping more people off as it’s not right why have a casino site and not let it play fairly like it should do all they seem to be doing is take your money I have told them I will go down the legal route to get my back I have taken pics off all the terms and conditions and it’s so wrong and u fair

Dear lisainver,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP).

If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do.

Additionally, all the abovementioned information is listed in our review of the casino.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hi there

I know myself that’s how casino sites work but I’m really sorry when you are playing £2 stakes on games and I always play same games on the sites I use on a bonus you would get way more than £45 and u never get to the final part off the bonus either and the same games on other sites pay out at a £2 stake like £400 to £1000 it’s only netent games I play and I know 1000% pay out on the games I play in every way possible and the stats on them why would one site give you big pay out and only this site give u on a £2 stake anything from £2.80 to £90 that is not right nor is that true to the stats for the games if I honestly thought it was would I stick to playing the same games not a chance if u have put £200 to £300 into a slot game and on a bonus u get £4 that it’s right at all that’s totally wrong and unfair in every way I might be blonde but I’m not stupid no wonder people get annoyed at this site as all they won’t u to do is deposit into I have never been able to withdraw from it either as once I tried too and they made ever excuse under the sun not to pay out by saying I was on bonus which in emails they told me that wouldn’t stop me from withdrawing as there was no restriction no betting or no wagering but that was lies they make ever excuse to keep u depositing onto site knowing fine well you will never be able to withdraw

I have sent I don’t know how many emails into company and they choose which ones to reply too and yet again I know this 1000% when I send general enquiry they never reply but if I was to deposit and I didn’t get bonus or if it didn’t go then 1000% they would reply to u

Thank you, lisainver, for your reply. Return to player(RTP) ratio, also called payout ratio is a number that describes what percentage of each bet is statistically returned to a player from each bet (it is not saying what percentage of deposits the player will get back as some people may think). So if someone wagers 1000$ on a game with 90% RTP his expected return is 900. There are some facts about RTP that we would like to highlight.

First of all, this expected return is just a mathematical average. In short, anyone can get very lucky (or unlucky) and get a much bigger (or lesser) return than his expectation. However, if you play for a long time, your real return will be close to the expected return. In mathematics, this is called the law of big numbers. Many people wrongly believe that this means that if someone was very unlucky during some time period that he should get very lucky over the next period of time. Or that if the red number won on roulette ten times in a row, there is a bigger chance that the black one will win next. This is called Gambler's fallacy and it's not true.

Past results have no influence on future results. The law of big numbers is saying that if you get very unlucky in the past you can expect to get average results in the future (you would have the same expectation if you get good or average luck in the past - what happened in the past just doesn't matter in the present). And this average result will give you closer to the average result overall. For example, if red won on roulette 8 times of 10 in the first ten spins and then 5 times of 10 in the next ten spins, it's overall 13 times out of 20 which is much closer to theoretical expectation than 80% wins for red from first ten spins.

If you want to learn more about RTP we recommend you watch our videos about this topic:
