I played with a bonus and met my playthrough requirements and ended up with 450.00 dollars. On 3/3/23 I put in for withdrawl in bitcoin. I checked on it every couple days and asked customer service if all my info was ok to where there wont be a problem when they actually get around tp looking at it. I made my deposit in bitcoin to avoid all this. My withdrawl is also gonna be in bitcoin. On 4/5/23 I saw that my bitcoin withdrawl had been denied with mo reason and they took out a 12 dollar manager fee or something as well. I just tried to talk to customer service and was hung up on by an operator named Tom Luis. This is my 2nd withdrawal with wild vegas, the first one for 400 dollars took 4 months. I dont think they are gonna cash me out. Its irritating because between my first withdrawal and this withdrawal attempt ive deposited thousands of dollars playing here because i thought they might be legit, nope. This casino should be blacklisted for good!

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

I think you guys did it, no questions asked all of a sudden everything was working great and they paid me out. It went from you filled everything out wrong and we can't use these accounts because they don't work to yeah here's your money. I don't know what you guys did but whatever you guys did it got me my money and I love you guys for it thank you so much.
