The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost 2 months.
I requested a $500 withdrawal on I believe may first of this year. I.was mislead to believe it would the 3-5 business days for the withdrawal to establish approval and process into my bank account. I messaged follow-up emails to the financial department and inquired periodically with live chat in hope of insight. Almost a month after my withdrawal request, I finally got a email approval of the withdrawal and detailed time line stating 2-3 potential days waiting depending on the method I'd selected to process transaction. It's now almost July, and after a couple ignored emails, and willfull fkat out ignorance on-site, live chat, I'd come to terms wild pharo has zero intention to compensate my winnings, let alone even communicate with me anymore. I'm disgusted with this sites lack of professionalism, communication, honesty and integrity while doing business and managing it's casino and customers.
