The player from the UK requested a withdrawal, but she was informed, that the withdrawal cannot be transferred to her debit card. She tried to withdraw using Bitcoin, but this wasn’t successful. This complaint was successfully resolved.

Vg casino but also site says Wg casino... I deposited with debit card had bonus completed wagering. Drew 1600 ...they took all identification told me was accepted. Then to be told can't pay my winnings back to my debit card. So told me try bitcoin. Then got the same excuse can't pay by bitcoin after depositing with my card. I have had several emails with them. Still the 1600 is sat in the balance. I have no other withdrawal options that they offer. I don't understand why they can't pay back to a card they took money from. There is a lady called Amanda who been trying to help but we are getting no where. Now the emails have stopped. And I am really concerned

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Several factors such as geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and even actual situation in the world all have a major influence. I checked the casino’s T&Cs (https://wgcasino.com/en/rules) and I found this:

„7.14.2. the funds must be withdrawn on the same payment system, which was used to make deposit at your account;"

Have you ever made a deposit with Bitcoin? Could you clarify if this was your first attempt for a withdrawal?
