I requested my first withdrawal of €500 from the casino on March 21, 2026. I requested a second withdrawal of €500 on March 24, 2026.
According to support, everything is fine with my account, etc. But nothing is happening. There's absolutely no progress with the withdrawal; it's not being processed or anything.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Nothing has happened yet. We keep getting the same excuses, but nothing is being done. It's been 12 days since the payout, and the website says payouts are processed within 3 days.
No verification was requested, and I cannot do it myself.

The first payment from March 21st was transferred on April 2nd and has also been received in my account.
The second one, dated March 24th, is still in processing status.
Verification was not requested, and when I go into the settings, it also says that verification is not necessary.
The winnings were achieved without a bonus.
