I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a withdrawal request. Recently, I achieved winnings of approximately €12,000, which is a significant amount relative to my usual stakes. While I am, of course, pleased with the outcome, I am experiencing considerable delays with the withdrawal process.

Based on my previous experience, I understand that processing may take some time. I have been informed that the delays are due to increased volumes and ongoing processing, but unfortunately, I have encountered similar situations in the past where withdrawals took several months.

Given this, I would greatly appreciate your support in reviewing my case and, if possible, expediting the withdrawal process. I would be grateful for any clarification you can provide regarding the current status and expected timeline.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello! Meanwhile i received one withdrawal, but not the oldest one, so yes after 14 days my march 22/ march 23 cash outs are still pending... I was also playing couple tousand euros, so they cannot tell im inactive, so its getting more and more frustrating.
