The player from California had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received at that time. After communicating with the Complaints Team, the player confirmed that he had received his withdrawal. However, he mentioned a pending withdrawal from a sister casino, slootz.io, and threatened to open a complaint if it was not resolved within a week. The Complaints Team marked the initial complaint as resolved and advised the player to reach out if he encountered further problems.

Despite being verified and despite the fact that I deposited with bitcoin and my withdrawal request is for bitcoin, this casino still has not processed my withdrawal (they state that it will be processed in 24 hours for an approved account). I have provided an attachment with the appropriate information.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes I did thank you. However my withdrawal amount from slootz.io, their sister casino, has been pending for over a week. If they do not pay me after another week, I will open a complaint. These are bitcoin withdrawals and my accounts at both casinos are fully verified.
