The player would like to withdraw his winnings. He sent various documents to verify his account to the casino, but the casino keeps asking him to send more. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hello i have created the account in voodoo dreams this is a fraudulent site i have very bad experience never recommend this site anyone. i have submitted all the proofs they have verified the documents after 4 days there is a pending withdrawal on my account after verifying the account they have asked me for card photos and again they gave me the same time 4 days again . They are wantedly delaying the withdrawals asking the documents  one after the other they can ask all the documents at once. but they are delaying the process and harrasing me and custmer support is also so rude and they have no proper information. please dont use this site waste of money and time
