The player from Austria had won a significant amount of money, decided to withdraw €900, and had his account verified. Later, his balance had been reduced, his withdrawal had been canceled and his account had eventually been blocked for allegedly violating bonus rules. The player claimed his winnings were built up from real money, not bonus funds. Unable to access his account, he couldn't provide the required communication and transaction history. We had attempted to mediate with the casino, but due to their history of non-cooperation, the complaint was closed as unresolved, negatively affecting the casino's rating.

Hello. It all started with 39 cents in my account. No bonus money or free spins money. Just a balance of 39 cents. I just span on a slot and won. Got up to over 3000 euros. I played some more and lost a bit. I decided to cashout 900 euros. The website Viggoslots.com asked for all my documents to verify my account. Sent them loads of documents. I have emails to prove that everything was accepted from them and my cashout was processing. My account is verified. So I played with the cashback I received from the website today. 02.02.2023. 300 euro. My cashout is still processing. I have managed to win some more money from the cashback they put into my casino account. So from 340 euro I have now 1230 euros. I am playing a slot and my balance all of a sudden shows 70 euros and not the balance of 1230 euro. I check my account profile and my withdrawal has been cancelled and the money has not been put back into my playing account. I go on chat and they say the withdrawal money and my balance has been confiscated by the casino for breach of bonus funds. A absolute scam because I got no bonus as I started all of this with 39 cents of my real money. My account has now been blocked. I needed this money as 1 of my sons needs a life saving operation and now he will not survive. I played and won fairly and they have scammed me completely. I am reaching out to the community for help as I don't know what to do.

In the screenshot you provided us with, the live chat agent informed you that your winnings were reduced because you played with no-deposit free spins.

Can you please confirm that you activated a no-deposit bonus? It's important to note that these types of bonuses always come with a cap on the maximum possible winnings.

Have you ever made any deposits into this casino?

Hello Veronica, firstly, thank you for your responce .let me first state that it all started with 39 cents of real money. I built up my winnings from that. I then made a cashout and then they offered me some free spins with no deposit bonus. So my balance was already over 2k. The winnings from the free spins was 1.50 euro or something. There is no option on the website to cancel these free spins money. Did not need it. My cashout was delayed due to them asking me to verify again . Previously been done. The 900 euro withdrawal was requested on the 31/01/2024.takes 2 days they say to process. As I have played alot of the last week. Ie building my balance to over 5k at one point. My cashback return was 365 euro. That was deposited into my playing account on the 02.02.2024 yesterday. This is independent from my cashout and the bonus terms they say I broken. I managed to build that 365 euros up yesterday to 1270 euro. All of of a sudden at 16.35 time all my money balance was gone. Withdrawal had been canceled and my balance was reduced to 70euros. I kindly asked chat what was going on and they say bonus breach. All money has been confiscated. I have made a deposit on this site but this was over a month ago. During this recent time period of play I have not deposited.

my money balance was already over 1k from the 39cents I first started with. No bonus money or free spins or bonus was ever used or violated.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for Viggoslots Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Viggoslots Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
