The casino denied winnings that were made from a no deposit bonus and said that it was breach of contract even though money was submitted during this coupon and they decided that they would put fraudulent spins and say it was spent on my account. Customer service is horrible, this casino is a scam, they don't tell you anything until you contact them by chat or phone, I suggest chat since the representatives hang up on you and tell you they can't or won't fix it. I lost 1,000.00 in one spin, I was logged out and when I logged back in I had $1,000 missing from my account. Wouldnt suggest this casino to my worst enemy. These people are cons and shouldn't be in business.
