I used a deposit bonus to win in the end around $3900 . I submitted a request to withdraw $1800 on 6/22 and it end up being denied and then approved for $500 on 7/01. $1300 is back on my acct balance now. They say they have the right to payout in smaller amounts and that wouldn't be that bad if they would just send my next payment a week from the last one but it doesn't work that way i know. They're max withdrawal limit is $2000/week. I contacted them and asked them to stand by their word and pay the rest as it is under they're max weekly withdrawal limit before filing complaints on review websites but they declined.

Did you ever withdraw more than $500 a week before? Isn't the withdrawal limit related to the bonus which you used to accumulate your balance? What did the casino respond when you asked them for a higher withdrawal limit?

This is the first withdraw I've done from them. And I'm not really sure all I know was I won the money from a no rules/no max cash out deposit bonus and they say 2000$ /week max withdraw. They told me they have the right to payout in smaller amounts if they choose to. if I'm wrong I'll withdraw my complaint

Could you please advise if the first payout arrived or not? Please note that if you are able to withdraw $2000, it is still a good limit considering that you played with bonus not real money only. Could you request for another withdrawal since?
