I singup and deposit dated 9 December 2022 i play and win 20000inr+ approx but unable to withdrawal showing first upload your documents then withdrawal

I uploaded my all documents 9december 2022 but still no any update kyc related when done my kyc and need more no any mail received

I send lots of mail but no reply

Live chatt also making fool.

Please help me to kyc completing my account then withdrawal.
