I won and played through my wagering requirements on a five free spin bonus. I withdrew my $100 that I was allowed to because that was the max and I was told my withdrawal was going to take 12 days! I've already deposited money with them in the past and I've already had successful withdrawals with them in the past why is it taking 12 days? You can complete a Bitcoin transaction within hours and as a past user and successful withdrawal user I feel like this policy is very very unfair. You take my money within a day you should be able to give it back to me within a day. I would like my $100 withdrawn to my Bitcoin address that I've provided. Thank you in advance.

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed as casinos often do additional gameplay checks. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Since you made successful withdrawals in the past, I believe that it is only a matter of days before you receive your winnings.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? When did you receive the last successful one?

Well I don't know how you guys deal with information over there but it's not consistent. After inquiring about my withdrawal the other day I then received an email later that day stating that I was not going to be able to get my withdrawal because of some clause in your terms and conditions. It's pretty funny that I had that sent to me after I contact a customer service to ask about my withdrawal. Now you're saying that my withdrawal is going to take 12 days like you did originally. But also when I tried to log into my account last night it's locked. You guys are so inconsistent it's hilarious. I want to know what's going on and if I can get the money that I want. Can you please answer that simple question for me?
