The player from the Netherlands is complaining that he lost his deposit, because the game he chose didn’t work, so he had to play other games instead. The player decided to make a deposit, even though the game he wanted to play wasn't working and he lost all of his money on a different game.

i reopend my acount after 2 years bcause they offer live table like the Grand live roulette .i deposited 100 and again i get an error table not available while in other casinos it was avaiable.i find this misleading .i was forced to play their live studio tables wich are rigged and only pay 20 precent 9 of 10 sessions.i told them to refund my deposit and i did not want to play those games they refused .i want my deposit back .

I believe no one forced you to deposit and play games, you didn’t want to play. I apologize, but I can only recommend you doing better research about the casino and its games beforehand. Unfortunately, if you lost your money (even if it's because of a game you didn't originally want to play) there is nothing we can do. hiKristina well i can tell you that i did a research and my games were available on the site but after depositing they were suddenly not available and the support was telling me that on their side everything was oke and that the problem was on my end.it is always the same thing the players fault.casinos never do anything wrong.litle by litlle i am getting the idea that online gaming is kind a criminal organisation working all to gether against the players including the platforms and the regulators.

Hello Halil,


if you did your research before making a deposit, and the game didn't work (which is clear to see from your screen shot - you are logged in and your balance is € 0), why would you choose to deposit and play anyway?


I am going to repeat my response from your Wildz Casino complaint, but you chose to open an account, deposit and play, so please understand that this is not the casino's fault. We don't see any reason to punish the casino because you lost your funds on a game you played, even though you wanted to play a different one.
