Hello I had been play at the casino Freespino which from what I can see if relatively new. I had deposit a fair amount of money and made 4 withdrawals totaling $3680. I have tried to live chat with the casino numerous times with zero response. I have send so many emails about getting an update on my withdrawal. I have received one email back several days okay saying they were working on my kyc verification right now and my withdrawals will be process and still nothing.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

My Concern is you can't get a hold of anyone at this casino for an update or answer to a question. I have tried to live chat over 10 times with no response and sent at least 20 emails over the last 8 days with no response. I can't get an update on my withdrawals or kyc because no one will answer me. I will not receive my withdrawal if I can't even communicate with the casino.
