I received a 100$ no deposit bonus on 10/28/21. On 11/21/21 I completed the playthrew requirement and requested a withdrawal with the help n guidence of the casino reps. At first I was told that players with withdrawal requests resulting from bonus's are low priority and it'd take a while to process mine. Wèll here I am 9 months later and all they ever tell me is I need to talk to the banking department, but they never put one in the chat and they never email me back. I completed the crazy high playthrew requirement and I think I deserve the bonus winnings. Pics attached are from chats proving they confirmed I met the playthrew requirements and pics of the date n with drawl request. Also I have more pics I just wasn't aloud to attach any more to this complaint request.

Hi. My account was fully verified back in November when I requested the withdrawal . At first when I'd ask about the withdrawal they'd ask me if Iv sent in Pic of my ID ect ect and I would tell em yes and I'd resubmit everything again just to make sure they had everything they requested. I probally verified 3 plus times honestly. Yes my account is still active. The last time I spoke to an rep was yesterday. I was asking about the withdrawal n asking to speak with the banking department (because they always say that's who handles the withdrawals). I'll attach screenshots of yesterday's chat with them. Also as of yesterday my Emails to their support email address are getting rejected or they have blocked me. (Screenshot Attached)file

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
