I deposited $15 and keep receiving a message saying I can’t play for real money, and I have yet to receive an explanation as to why as their chat feature is impossible to get a straight answer from and there have been no replies to my emails. I can’t make a withdrawal of the $15 as minimum amount for withdrawal is $20. This isn’t a lot of money but it’s still my money and I would like it back.
