The player's requesting a refund as he claims he should be excluded in all sister casinos. The complaint was closed as resolved after the player contacted us that the player received a refund.

As I already mentioned above, there is no such obligation that if you have self excluded yourself from a casino then you will be excluded from all of their sister casinos. It all depends on the operator's license. The one they own does not require such action from the casinos.
I have also went through the casino terms and did not find any information regarding an exclusion for all casinos under the same operator.

Try to get in touch with them as they might be able to help you out.
I'm really sorry that we could not help you out but from our point of view, in this specific case, you have to request for a self exclusion in every single casino separately.
