The player later reported that she had received her winnings but was unhappy with the casino's withdrawal times. We marked the complaint as 'resolved' following the successful payout to the player.

Every single time I withdrawal from this casino either i've waited weeks and weeks and then just gave back the money or had to wait 3 weeks to get a measly 100. in the meantime in my account , I can't use bonuses even if I'm depositing waiting for a withdrawal I can't take advantage of my vip tier perks, and they do that on purpose so that you keep depositing money. it's been 10 days, there is no reason why it should still be pending it isn't even in the review status yet, even though they claim withdrawals are quick, and vip players have access to quicker withdrawals, but that's not true at all

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have a new complaint. my withdrawal was approved and i asked for my account to be deactivated once my withdrawal hit my bitcoin and they deactivated my account anyways now they void my withdrawal

they paid me, but they wait exactly two weeks and two days sometimes theee weeks everytime i'm tired of that i am vip 3 . there withdrawal times are ridiculous and always the same even for $100. I closed my account with them
