I made my last attempt at receiving my payment on July 26, 2023. I actually started the withdrawal a month prior. They had several excuses as to why it was my fault that it needed to be resubmitted. I just complied and resent all they were asking for to the tune of 6 times. The last time on the 26th of July it was due to something with the Blockchain. So I submitted again along with a second request that I had won that day. I kept reaching out because they said they would fast track my payout. Last time they actually answered me, they said my payment was approved. That was August 4,2023. I have still not received my payment and on top of that I believe my Bitcoin address has expired because they sent a message when they confirmed my address that it was only good for 30 days. I have contacted by email and chat to no avail. They answer me occasionally on chat and give the run around.

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

I am going to try to answer all your questions. This was my first withdrawal. The verification process was messed up, because they kept saying they didn't get everything. Then the chat support would say they saw everything was in order. Till I didn't get paid and then it became a vicious circle of generic responses.


The reason I have 1 withdrawals on the same day is because when they blamed it on the Blockchain and told me to resubmit, I kept $140 in my account to play with and profited off of

That money too. So I resubmitted the initial winnings and a couple hours later submitted the second one.


I did use the a bonus to play but Also deposited money with it. I chose that bonus for the No withdrawal limit.


It is definitely not just my account. A couple weeks ago they have me freeplay of $50 because the cashier was down. And they gave it to everyone. I did get a response today and was able to give them a new Bitcoin address.

Part two they have not answered when I'm getting paid. One timely response is all I got. I have attached that email. Please note the Bitcoin address in it is expired so I did update it. I will post again when I either get payment or another response

I chatted with someone today from sunrise casino. They asked me for my Bitcoin address again. Said they were escalating my case, again. Then said to give it 24-:48 hours for the respective department to email. Then if still nothing go back to chat

Please be advised that as of yesterday, I received my payout from Sunrise Casino. I am happy to report that I received $1973, after the fee. There were other fees charged from my wallet and then again to transfer to another wallet that can cash out to my bank. But I still ended up with $1909 in my account with only $100 initial investment. It took a very long time to get that money,so I do not recommend them if you are looking for a fast turn around. However, they did eventually pay me all my winnings with no hidden fees. To anyone using crypto, I suggest using coinbase or another avenue like Bitcoin.com so you are not bombarded with multiple fees. I had to use a Bitcoin wallet then transfer to my cash app wallet and finally cash out into my bank. I do not suggest using your cash app wallet unless the casino says you can use it, because cash app gets hacked frequently and easily. Sometimes it is difficult to get the funds back. Thank you casino guru, you may close my case.
