I have emailed customer service countless times and they keep saying my payout has been escalated and that its a third party so they cant do anything about it . There terms ans xonditions say the longest it could take is 30 days ..... its been much longer and nothing

My account has been verified for well over a year and I got the money after depositing 10$ via Bitcoin no bonus or coupons we're used . I emailed them after two weeks to make sure there was nothing that needed to be verified so my payout wouldnt be held up and they insured me I was all approved and the payout would take 10 business days ..... I emailed them again November 17th .. they replied "since all of our withdrawals are sent through third party vendors there are certain processing velocity limits that we must respect and time frames may vary due to processor limitations and availability currently the processors are experiencing delays on there and on top of the regular time frame for the payments to be sent and paid out we understand the frustration and be apologize for any inconvenience caused hopefully the process will go back to the standard time frame very soon"

Nick. I received payment friday morning at 9am. Im assuming whatever you did pushed them to pay me. However they charged me a 25 dollar processing fee. Safe to say they lost my business. But you sir i would like to thank.
