The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal six weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. Some time later the player informed us that the winnings were recieved. The casino also reacted to the complaint and confirmed the successfully processed withdrawal. The complaint was resolved.

It's been 45 days since I won my money and put in for a withdrawal. I'm getting the runaround with the excuse of third-party processor and Bitcoin withdrawals.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

Winnings were won with comp points.. have withdrawn here before and received on day 32 I believe... So no worries up till day 32 and now today is day 46.

I got my withdrawal the day after I made a complaint with your site. If you had a hand and helping me get that withdrawal I greatly appreciate it. I still think that casino is a swell casino... They just need to work on their withdrawal time frame.
