I had a long time to play in this casino, I made some deposits a few days ago as there was a good bonus, I didn't manage to win, but 28 dollars was added to me as a refund on June 5, 2023, I started playing and watched my account when they will be completed the wagering requirements, when the requirements were completed I asked a representative in the chat what are the wagering requirements of the bonus when it was added to my account and he replied 30X wagering requirement (60X for Table Games and Video Poker) with no maximum withdrawal and how can I claim in withdrawing money, I requested to withdraw money by bitcoin method, it's been 10 working days but there was no progress regarding my request, the clerk in the chat said that he will send a message to the financial department but there was no progress, I have screenshots with his confirmation officer that I can request a withdrawal, and with all my deposits, please help

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

My account is authenticated, the withdrawal request was approved but not credited to my wallet yet, the withdrawal was requested with bitcoin.
