The player from New York has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

It’s only been 7 days since I requested my withdrawal of $100, but something doesn’t seem right. This process started on 1/6. First I had to verify my account and then I requested a wire transfer. On the same day I rcvd "Please be advised that the bank wire details you submitted though the cashier have not been accepted as Capital One bank is restricted for Wire payments, but should be fine for Checks." I then opened a crypto account since their t&c state u get paid faster that way. This is the first time I’ve ever won on a free no deposit bonus, so wasn’t sure what to expect and can’t seem to get an answer from them as far as the time it takes. After reading other reviews on this site I don’t trust sunrise at all.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
