I submitted a withdraw request on the 28th of July and was approved on the 1st of August. It's been 2 weeks and they don't reply to my emails. I've deposited and withdrew from casinos before and I have to admit this casino is the worst when it comes to withdraw. They take your money fast enough but if you win anything forget it.

Hi! Yes, it's verified. I've withdrew before and it took awhile, but I received it. This time I used a bonus and did my playthrough. I was approved the withdraw on August 1st and emailed them about a week ago. I asked why it was taking so long and haven't heard back from them. Thank you
