I made a withdrawal request on 11/22/20222 in the amount of $2500.00 after bonus taken out the amount approved is 1957.00. It was approved on 11/24/2022.

I called to check on the status and the representative for sunrise slots told me it could be weeks before i get my money due to delays in processing. I am asking for my payout to be sent to my Bitcoin account. That shouldn’t take weeks. I have spent $1000’s of dollars at this casino.

I am asking for help on this now because reading all the reviews they seem to delay payment all the time.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No I haven't in fact they emailed me and said that they can't tell me when it will be sent to the processor they can't even give me a time frame. I have spent $1000.00's there. What a shame.
