This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

oh my gosh!!!


the winnings, the withdrawal, is from a bitcoin deposit. pictures attached. the last 3 deposits i made were bitcoin. i made 11 deposits in like 3 or 4 days total. and in a 24 hour period leading up to withdrawal bunch of deposits

ok i feel like an idiot. trusting them after everything they pulled. i mean they truly pulled the kitchen sink. it started with half being accused of cheating, then another lady playing the bad cop saying i need to deposit a "considerable amount of money" before getting withdrawal. then making me believe i used a visa only to find out my last 3 deposits were bitcoin. i just sent them an email to go head and laugh at me for thinking i was getting my withdrawal this week this guy actually thought he was getting his withdrawal. we were just activating a whole new set of diversions.



So sunrise changed by withdrawal approval date. i have in writing my withdrawal was approved on the 17th. now it’s the 20th. no way. that’s impossible. unless they were lying. and they are setting up a whole new span of time cause when they send the payment it’s going to a 3rd party to pay it out and i should expect delays because it’s. you know. a 3rd party. ohhh. a 3rd party. the 3rd party speech after altering the approval date



im sorry. i give up. please help me get out of limbo.

just a heads up, they responded to an email of mine saying that my withdrawal is still approved, but they’re third-party vendor. Their payment systems are down or in some sort of way. They’re unable to make any withdrawals until that gets cleared up or fixed and then they’re gonna let me know when they have an update on when that will be, so like I said limbo I still am happy that I activated the complaint and support moving forward if you guys concur thank you.
