The player from India was unable to deposit money into their casino wallet because the account was in withdraw-only mode and the documents were under review. Customer support had not responded to their inquiries. The complaint was rejected by us because no funds were being held by the casino, and we could not assist further with the deposit issue.

I am unable to deposit money in my wallet and my docs are under review.

Kindly assist as it is showing that this account has been placed in withdraw only mode .

I have tried contacting customer care email. But no response from them as well.

Kindly let me know if this can be done or not so that i wont try much.

Dear ktyagi07,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

  • Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

I dont want to penalize anyone.

There is no amount in the wallet. It is just that i just not able to deposit money. Could you please help me with that ?
