The player from South Africa has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing bets greater than the allowed ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I was playing and winning. Long story short it started with 2 reasons why I could withdraw then magically the first reason disappeared. Apparently max bet amount was reached but if there is a max bet amount then why did they allow me to go higher??? I was not informed. It was from a cash back also my other withdrawal is late. Very very late

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found:


„PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

...

Max bet rule for all bonuses = R100.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided."


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.

They voided everything to R0. Not just the winnings from unethical max rule.

I'm sorry but it is a standard procedure to void the entire amount accumulated from bonus wagering. Even if only one bet has been greater than the allowed one. I'm afraid that we can't help you if you are aware of placing bets that would breach the maximum bet rule.
