The player from South Africa believes that she didn’t win anything because she has complained about the same casino in the past. Furthermore, she claims all her deposits to be returned. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

So. Yesterday i deposited R150 with a bonus. In total my deposit with bonusses was over R2000. I played low amount between R2.50 and R7.50.  I got lousy free spins after i played almost R1500 out and got nothing.  Both free spins played with different bets paid out R60.  Today i made another deposit of R150 with a bonus totalling R400.  I played again different games and different bets.  Guess what NOTHING. not even 1 lousy free spin.  I was going to complain yesterday but thought i will give it another chance but now i am seriously knowing they are scamming clients.  It is just not possible R2500 later and i could not even win R100. My guess is because if a previous complaint i am marked. I therefor want ALL my deposits back as i have never made any withdrawel at all
