I would again like to ask you to take a look at my complaint on Sportbet.one because it was rejected for reasons that are incomprehensible to me, in my previous complaint I sent scans showing my slot game at the sportbet.one casino and it was not published because the case concerns sports betting, yes I actually played a few sports bets but more in the casino and more profit was made in the casino, unfortunately, I found this casino only on Casino.Guru, I didn't see information and reviews about this website anywhere else, I read it on Casino.Guru, it has quite good reviews, 6.4, so I thought it was safe, so I created an account and played, and now I can't complain anywhere. because it is rejected for the wrong reason (sports betting game) because I wrote that I played several sports bets and several hundred or thousands of spins in the casino.



In the attachment I am sending screenshots that show that I transferred funds to the casino and played several other slots in the casino.


please look at my complaint again and accept it because it also concerns the casino because I more played in the casino slots and I made more profit in the casino slots in Sportbet.one

1: casino didn't close my account, they just took all my winnings making me a Freerolled player, deposit and bonus are subject to wagering requirements, deposit is linked to the bonus. , if I lose it's ok, if you win we will confiscate winnings, no chance of winning.


2: Casino confiscated my winnings and left only the deposit amount.

I don't understand on what basis such a thing can be said, if I used a new computer that was bought a few days earlier, so how could I open more accounts from this device, I understand perfectly well and I am aware that casinos do not allow multi-accounts and bonus abuse,


- If it's discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, device or IP, sportbet.one management will at its own discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit.


what does this point mean? if someone plays similar bets, slots and stakes as me, can it be considered as bonus excess, then it would mean that the casino can close anyone's account and there does not need to be any evidence.

I don't know about other players from my country, but I have never used a Proxy/VPN, I used the Internet with a normal Internet provider in Poland.


so if someone from my country makes a similar deposit the considered a multi-account?

The casino was able to fully support its claims and decision with sufficient evidence.

After gathering all the necessary information and details, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts and bonus abuse. Only 1 account is allowed per user, which also applies to bonuses. Both linked accounts used the first deposit bonus. Since your disputed account was the second one, while the first one successfully withdrew the winnings from the same bonus earlier and the second one was not eligible for this bonus anymore, the winnings from it are considered invalid. Considering the provided evidence, it would be likely impossible to prove otherwise.

Unfortunately for you, if a casino is "anonymous" and does not require KYC, it does not mean there is no way to detect multiple accounts or abuse even if you use a different IP/device with the linked accounts. For understandable reasons, I will not disclose further details.

Your last deposit was returned. The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions.

If the disputed winnings were accumulated from sports betting only and not from a deposit bonus - unfortunately, as you might know, our forum deals with complaints about online casinos only. I recommend turning to one of the websites that deal with sports betting-related complaints, ADR, or directly to the authority that regulates the casino. We do not have enough insight to take on sports betting issues, and we currently do not solve such types of issues.

The same applies also if you are not satisfied with our solution. Feel free to consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by (or ADR).
