Withdrawal of winnings sought on 2/08/20, approved on 9/08/2020 but still no pay out. On contact support informed process delayed but unable to explain why and when problem will be resolved.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal.
