Hello, I am having huge problems with Spinamba, I deposited using ecopayz, and when I wanted to withdraw my money they suddenly had problems with ecopayz and I could not withdraw using it. Then I had to open a bitcoin wallet just to withdraw my money, and when I did that and tried to withdraw they blocked my account and are checking it for suspicious activity. I did not use any bonuses, and rolled oved over the deposit mostly just to be able to withdraw. Can you please help me in this matter so I can get my money back. thank you

Helllo, yes I uploaded my documents and as much as I can see they were verified, they did not ask me for any documents at all. And I registered an account with them 10 days ago. I deposited using ecopayz, then after I wanted to withdraw a few days later they suddenly has technical problems with ecopayz, so I had to open a bitcoin wallet to withdraw there, they said that will be okej. Then they told me I have to roll over my initial deposit 3 times to be able to withdraw, even when I did not use any bonuses with them. I did that, requested a withdraw to a bitcoin wallet, and then again it was cancelled and now they are checking my account and the support can not contact me anymore until it is complete, and my account is locked while they do that. So this looks like they are making new and new excuses just not to process my withdrawal and give me my money. Now they are trying to find anything they can just so they can confescate my money. But I have done nothing wrong, did not use any bonuses and can send them any documents they want. thank you for your help

Okej then please do explain what the violations of irregular play is. I deposited my own money from my ecopayz wallet, I did not take a single bonus from you. I placed most of the bets just so I could do your 3 times the deposit rollover to be able to deposit, which is the same for the casino, without getting anything in return. That was okej and there were no problems, then your ecopayz stopped working, and there were still no problems, just when I wanted to withdraw to my bitcoin wallet that I oppened just because you said I will be able to withdraw normally to it, now there are problems with my bets and you need 75 days to check my bets. There are 50 bets I placed, most of them live matches or bets on big leagues, for around 50€. that takes 2 hours not 2 and a half months .You are simply delaying so I will have to deposit again to you to be able to withdraw. This is a totally shady operation you are running, and I hope players are warned about this, and that they know what to expect from using your site.

you do understand this was 8 days ago. You had 8 days to check the 50 or so bets that I placed if that is the big problem and you did not manage to check them. What do you need to analyize my account in detail, you are a casino, not a court. I deposited my money. I placed bets, with my own money, no bonuses, as that is something you offer. I managed to win a whooping 80€ with you, which is nothing for the trouble I am going over just to get even my deposit back. My account is verified, I uploaded everything you requested, ID, bank statement, ecopayz account, bitcoin wallet. There is nothing else I can send you, and you did not request that I send anything, you just confescated all of my money, since that is what it is since I can not withdraw it, and now you are saying you need 2 and a half months to check my bets, If I did what ? Cheated ? How can I cheat ? I placed 3/4 of that bets just so I could do the damn rollover that you have. Live bets, or bets on big events just so you would allow me to get my money back. I do not understand how this is fair and how you are still managing to cheat players to deposit to you. I regret it deeply, and I hope this helps other players to stay away from you !

I know you have certain procedure in such cases but as it came really unexpected and the player shared information with us that he did not use any bonus and made only a few bets, I would like to ask you if you could share at least some information regarding the case to calm down the situation and let us know what might be the reason behind such a long investigation process.

That is such a pile of lies. What activity please explain that to me. You are a betting site offering bets. I place that bets that you offer with the odds that you offer them, with my own money, with no bonuses or free bets. You accept that bets. I win and I lose some, I do not cheat as I do not know how it is possible to cheat, If I would knew that I would not be betting 50€ bets with you. And what evidence do you need 75 days to collect, what are you doing just tell me that, what are you even accusing me of ? Go ahead and limit my account, prohibit me from betting but you can not be allowed to block my withdrawals for 75 days, keep my winnings and go ahead and check that, but you have stolen my deposit and my winnings, for 2 and a half months with no damn evidence just some accusations that you totally made up. I am demanding that this casino and their sister site casino are blacklisted that no player gets cheated like this ever again. I also played their slots, so this is a casino matter, and they are also not paying out the winnings I made there. So this casino needs to be blacklisted now and players ned to be warned about this !
