The player from New Zealand requested a withdrawal and after 19 days of waiting for the payment he decided to make a complaint. The player has received payment approximately one month after the withdrawal request. The complaint is resolved.
I made a bank transfer withdrawal on the 4th November for $300NZD and it has been 19 business days and I have still not received the funds. I have contacted the Spinagos help support chat on multiple occasions but do not receive any definitive answers or solutions just asked to wait patiently. I have even emailed Spinago directly but have received no response or communication regarding this issue. On previous withdrawals the process has worked fine and the funds are in my account in 3 business days.
I am starting to feel like I am talking to a brick wall and the whole process is suspicious and I will never receive my withdrawal.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost one month is unusually long time.
