This morning on July 29 2022 at 3 am I had made a deposit to the casino Spin Samuria of 510$. I had done this by accident . I had only wanted to deposit 10$. I have been trying for 7 hours to get ahold of someone with the casino. When I did they said I could not get my money back because of the terms. I deposit money which is mine and I can't have it back that's a load of crap. Now they say I have to wager 3 x that amount so basically I loose 500$ how is that right. Iam on Ontario disability this is my rent money and bill money. Please help me. I swear I did this by accident . I don't know what to do.

Could you please advise if you did try to request a charge back at your payment provider? How much is your current balance in your casino account?

Please note that is very hardly believable that you can accidentally deposit a wrong number as most payments requires additional authorization. It is a common procedure that you need to wager your deposit 3 times and if the casino requested it and there is no way to ask for a charge back at your payment provider, you will have to do it.

I contacted my bank because it was done on my debit card and they said I couldn't make stop payment on it because the money already went threw. I tried to take the withdraw back but it wouldn't let me . It was on the weekend and I tried for 2 days to contact the casino . I even emailed them I was right on it when I noticed what I did. Noone even emailed me back.When I add money to the casino it asks for my cvv number and just takes it right away it does not ask me for my authorization. My balance is $668.00

I have my funds back in my Samuri account and there is no bonus holding it. I just have to send in the proper ID which I don't have and have to wait till Friday when I get my pay done to get photo ID. I don't think the will accept my health card and I don't have a driver's license. Which means that I won't get my photo ID for another five days after I get the picture done. So no I haven't actually recieved no monies.

In case you do not have a specific document the casino requires, just simply tell them that you do not own it and they should offer an alternate way of verification. Also be sure to give them enough time after sending each document for them to process it.
