The player from Australia had his winnings from the bonus canceled. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
Deposited $150 and got a deposit bonus I never asked for. I fluked a grand jackpot worth $10k on the slots. Kept playing for a couple hours and then all of a sudden the cash in my account is gone and the casino has confiscated it over some unethical technicality regarding a max win for a bonus bet is $50, which I think they have got wrong anyway.

Could you please specify which games have you played and what rule was used as a justification by the casino to void your winnings?
