The player from Brazil has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player decided she was no longer interested in our help, therefore, we rejected this complaint.
Initially I tried to make a withdrawal in the amount of 500 reais which was refused. So I played 100 reais and tried to withdraw today (05/09/2022) in the amount of 400 reais which was also refused. I asked for information in the chat, as the payment of the deposit made was via pix. When withdrawing, I informed the account number that has already been verified and I even made a withdrawal for it (with your help). I thought I wouldn't have any more problems with this casino, but unfortunately again I can't withdraw. I was asked to send the pix voucher, but the add documents icon says my voucher is blank. Wow, very difficult to withdraw on Spin Samurai. I thought that via pix would be easier, because what they need is just my CPF number. Should I attach the receipt here? I am very sad because I see that withdrawals in all methods are difficult. Please help me again?

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
