This is the most awful casino,they have pending time of withdraw when it comes wit free spins 30 business days?? is this a joke??

I made deposit as requested and still waiting for 50 euros withdraw from the 18th October!!!

Their T&C are joke,waiting for small withdraw for 30 days is really awful and still didnt receive any email from them.

Normally, you must send a copy of an identification document and a utility bill (or other) so that the casino can verify your identity and send the money to you. When this process is successfully finished, there should be no reason to delay your withdrawal. Let me know if this information was helpful.
