Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

The withdrawal has been made for 1 week and it is the first withdrawal. The account is normally identified. They have not responded to emails again and the account seems to have been blocked.

Good evening again! They gave me a bonus and I told them to withdraw it as they did! I was playing without a bonus and when I withdrew 1000 euros after one day I could neither make a deposit nor bet! and they have not answered me for 1 week now. When I sent them from another email they answered normally and as soon as I told them my username to see what was happening they did not come back there either! what can I say I do not know!

Good evening. I sent them from a different email and they answered me normally !!! As soon as I gave them the email where I have the account, they never answered me again !!!!!!


Αnd one last thing! My bank informed me that the transactions I made the deposits with slotsnbets seem to be a clothing store and not a betting company!

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
