at first I thought I found my go to casino,like only play with them,bonuses are good,max withdrawal sucks at $2500.when you win they take away your comp points and label you as a skillful player even tho you dont take there bonuses and play straightup with your own money,other online casino will give you your comp points becuase you earned it,I was a loyal player and I played everyday decent wins and losses but the most I won was $10,000 sum that's when they deny you stuff you would think they would take care of players who play daily amd reward them for coming back and spending money.....anyone know a site like them that pays comp points no matter the skill level??

so just because I've won or had streaks my status changed to "Skillful Player"..but ive lost thousands of dollars,ever since I've been identified as a skillful player I don't even win,it's almost rare,my comp points stop accumulating and I mostly deposit straight up no bonuse....atleast take care of your loyal players and allow them to cash out there comp points since that's the only bonus will get

I've deposited and lost thousands but when I ask to redeem my points I earned..I can't....

Is there any actual evidence which would prove that the casino is manipulating with something or caused you harm in any way?

If yes, please forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru. If not, we are unfortunately not able to do anything without an actual proof and can only recommend to find a different casino if you are dissatisfied with this one.

no I just find it funny how I deposit cash and don't reply on there bonuses,yet I build up comp points and can't redeem it,

it's not much of a big comp point but the fact is I'm a repeat customer who plays regularly,if I'm labeled as skilled player because I've been winning,why don't they redeem my comp points right then and there?..and don't make it accumulate it anymore?.....this the only casino that won't letbyou redeem what you rightful accumulated.....

Every VIP system in the casino is considered as a good-will of the casino and a bonus. If the casino decided to cancel your status where you do not earn any more comp. points, it is completely up to their decision and we can do nothing about it.

Unless there's been any suffered real money loss due some unfair term of the casino, we would be able to intervene but it's not the case here.
