The player had faced similar issues with the casino's sister site in the past. Upon mediation by our Complaints Team, the casino had agreed to process the player's withdrawal via check. The player had confirmed the receipt of the check after a significant delay, marking the resolution of the issue.

The current withdrawl date is from 12/16/23. I had made many withdrawl attempts before this but it was denied with really no valid reason given. I am a verified player, have revd withdrawls before. Honestly a ridiculous amnt of time from these guys. Currently i have withdrawl max amnt for 2500$ via check option. I have tried they customer service and it literally is just sucky bunk excuses. I know for a fact that coolcat casino is related to them as i have also had to complain within last month just to get a payout from them. At least they show processing tho i have still yet to recv. Anyways, slots of vegas i have been member for at least 10 years, dont ask me why i continue to put up with this. Ridiculous. At least over a month in delay, maybe even two. Currently well over two weeks on record- before they able to deletefile

Hello tomas. I have used the withdrawl method via check with them before. I dont believe i used a bonus while playing this past session. I reached out again to them last night. They caimed they are short on checks to issue and request me to cxl current withdrawl and opt for wire transfer. I informed them i originally did opt for wire withdrawl months ago. They denied with no explanation, so i switched to check withdrawl. Here i am over a month after this, and they want me to cxl and rewithdraw via wire transfer again! I have not done this yet for two main reasons, and ur input would be appreciated. First is that this restarts the entire bogus waiting they make u do. Website claims within 10 business days but this is absolutely not true. Second is that i had same exact issue with they sister casino coolcat recently. They give many excuses to lag the process. I had 3 withdrawls for coolcat casino-they told me they were out of checks, that i had to rquest wire transfer and wait all over again. Well, i did this and month later it showed my withdrawl approved. So as im checking my bank acct to see if funds delivered, i get a check in mail for the first of three withdrawly! Seriously? This check was delivered just yesterday. They use the same ridiculous excuses. They make no sense. Just pay me my money already. Id be willing to bet i get no wire transfers at all- checks only. The checks are literally just printed from they computer. Nothing special that they can be short of or run out of. Its frustrating talking to the customer support. No help or valid reasons for doing what they do.

Greetings all,


I have reviewed the situation, had the requested withdrawal reviewed and approved, and now escalated the payment for express disbursal to our 3rd party payment providers for payment as a physical check. Once payment is issued by the casino we are generally looking at up to 10 business days on delivery, an email will be sent directly to the player when the check is available by the courier with the requisite tracking information. Please be advised that checks are only meant to be deposited into the casino approved bank account via bank teller only, and not to mention gaming to the bank.

I got check today....just wanted to say this for anyone else reading thru these.....i had to wait over 4 months for one max withdrawl of 2500 from SLOTS OF VEGAS....do they pay...yes....on they terms....yes....and not the terms the claim on site either.....if u are looking to withdrawl as fast as u deposit, look elswhere....manyof they sis casinos too...coolcat casino im still waiting on one more.....same time frame over 4 months... but at least coolcat has given me two prior to this last one im waiting on...take care everyone :^*
